Luxury Wedding Planning

We have loved working with our amazing Brides and Grooms! clients! With unlimited meetings Athena will make your wedding planning smooth and stress free from start to finish. With so many vendors to choose from, working with Athena will help organize bookings and scheduling. Your timeline for the Day is completely customized for your vision. We offer many different plans to make your wedding day perfect. With our services you will also receive a “Do Knot forget” list of items most forgotten as well as our vendor referral list.

We know the questions to ask from Catering to venue to ensure that nothing is forgotten.

Planning Fee:

We charge a $2600 planning fee. This is for your timeline creation, and vendor organization. Includes unlimited meetings about your Wedding day planning as well as our vendor referrals. Includes 8 hour coordination on the day of and rehearsal.

Add on services include:

Rental Transportation Fee

This fee is determined per event and will be estimated on your quote sheet after getting details of your event needs.

On-site Coordination:

On-site coordination begins at 12pm and ends at 8pm. This is included in your Planning fee. During this time we oversee all vendors and timeline needs for your big day!

Set Up & Tear Down Fee:

Set up will be an additional charge of $350 starting as soon as the doors open at your venue. Tear Down is $400. This includes all decoration organization, not set up of tables and chairs or trash and floor clean up.

Gratuity:

Is greatly appreciated but not applied to your Event Planning bill.

Travel fee's for out of town events are determined per event.

What We Will Do:

- Provide unlimited meetings to discuss your event
- Find, book, and organize arrivals and departures of vendors for your event.
- Coordinate arrival and departure times for all additional vendors and make final payments to them.
- Create Your Wedding Timeline
- Be on-site for all vendor issues or questions
- Rehearsal run through
- Day of timeline assistance

Our biggest belief is that your day is totally customizable to the wedding you have always dreamed of! Our goal is to make sure that you leave our meetings completely stress free! Working so many weddings they are an absolute breeze to organize and easy to customize. We do our best to be the unseen support and not overshadow any of your beautiful moments. Most issues we have already faced and have learned the right questions to ask the right vendors to avoid BEFORE they happen. If any issues do arrise though we promise we have fixed much worse in crazier timelines than you could imagine. The most important reason to hire a coordinator is to know you will have a fun and stress free day! So if anything crazy does happen, you will likely not even see it until our behind the scenes videos we make when working your big day!
